type='text'>Palak Paneer</title><content type='html'>Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 cup paneer cubes ( indian cottage cheese ) u  can find paneer in any indian store&lt;br /&gt;1 bunch spinach leaves washed and chopped&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup onions chopped&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup canned chopped tomatoes&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp chilli powder&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp ginger garlic paste&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp cumin powder&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp garam masala powder&lt;br /&gt;2 tbs butter&lt;br /&gt;2 tbs oil&lt;br /&gt;3 tbs heavy cream&lt;br /&gt;salt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and sprinkle salt and sautee untill onions for golden color&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now add ginger garlic paste fry for a min then add chopped tomatoes cook for 3 to 4 min untill tomatoes are soft&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now add chopped spinach mix everything and cook on medium flame untill spinach in totally wilted ( do not cover while spinach is cooking)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turn off the stove and let it cool once it is cool blend everything to a smooth paste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now heat butter in a pan add above blended spinach paste ,chilli powder,cumin powder ,garam masala powder and paneer cubes mix everything and add 1/2 cup water simmer for 1o min&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finally add heavy cream mix and adjust salt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Done&lt;div type='text'>Chole ( garbanzo beans curry)</title><content type='html'>Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 can garbanzo beans&lt;br /&gt;3 tbs oil&lt;br /&gt;1 cardamom pod&lt;br /&gt;1 onion chopped&lt;br /&gt;1 cup chopped canned tomato&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp ginger garlic paste&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp garam masala powder&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp turmuric powder&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp chilli powder&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp kasoori methi&lt;br /&gt;2 springs of cilantro for garnish&lt;br /&gt;salt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat oil in a pan add cardamom pod ,chopped onions ans sprinkle with salt sautee on medium flame until light&lt;br /&gt;brown&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now add ginger garlic paste and turmuric powder fry for a min then add chopped tomatoes mix everything and cover and cook on a low flame for 5 min until tomatoes are soft&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now add chilli powder ,garam masala powder ,kasuri methi and drained garbanzo beans mix everything and add 1 -1/2 cup water ,adjust salt and simmer for 10 to 15 min&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DONE garnish with cilantro&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Serve hot with rice or tortilla&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img coconut&lt;br /&gt;2 garlic pods chopped&lt;br /&gt;1 onion chopped&lt;br /&gt;3 tbs oil&lt;br /&gt;salt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic ,chopped jalapeno and chopped onions sautee for 2 min&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now add defrosted carrots and peas mix everything ,cover and cook on low flame untill carrots for soft and cooked&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finally add 2 to 3 tbs frozen grated coconut min&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Done&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Serve hot or cold with warm whole wheat totilla&lt;div chopped&lt;br /&gt;1/2 onion chopped&lt;br /&gt; 1 tsp ginger garlic paste&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp garam masala&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp turmuric&lt;br /&gt;salt&lt;br /&gt; 1/2 tsp cayanne pepper&lt;br /&gt; 3 tbs oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Method&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions sautee for 2 min then add ginger garlic paste cubed potatoes salt and turmuric mix everything and cover and cook for 10 min untill potatoes are half cooked&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now add chopped tomatoes ,gree peas .cayanne pepper ,garam masala .1 cup water  cover and&lt;br /&gt;cook on medium /&gt;1/2 tsp garam masala powder&lt;br /&gt;salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;chopped cilantro for garnish&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat oil in a pan ,add chopped garlic ,then add potato cubes ,eggplant cubes ,turmuric and salt saute for 2 to 3 min&lt;br /&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Now add chopped tomatoes cayanne pepper ,garam masala ,1/2 cup water mix everything cover and cook on low chopped finely&lt;br /&gt;1 jalapione chopped&lt;br /&gt;1 or 2 garlic flakes&lt;br /&gt;3 tsb frozen grated  coconut&lt;br /&gt;2 tbs oil&lt;br /&gt;salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Heat oil in a pan&lt;br /&gt;.&lt;br /&gt; Add chopped garlic ,chopped jalapione ,chopped onions sautee for 3 min until onions sweat&lt;br /&gt;.&lt;br /&gt; Add shredded cabbage ,and salt mix everything cover and cook on a low flame for 10 to 15 min until cabbage is cooked ,mixing in between every 5 min&lt;br /&gt;.&lt;br /&gt; Add frozen coconut and mix&lt;br /&gt;.&lt;br
