Carrot and peas dry curry

Ingredients

2 cups frozen mixed Carrots and peas
1 Jalapeno chopped
3 tbs fozen fresh coconut
2 garlic pods chopped
1 onion chopped
3 tbs oil
salt

Method

Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic ,chopped jalapeno and chopped onions sautee for 2 min

Now add defrosted carrots and peas mix everything ,cover and cook on low flame untill carrots for soft and cooked

Finally add 2 to 3 tbs frozen grated coconut min

Done

Serve hot or cold with warm whole wheat totilla
